Meal prep is one of our favorite services to provide customers. We understand that life is busy and things like cooking aren’t always high on the priority list. Table can take on the task of providing fresh, healthy, and convenient meals to help fuel your lifestyle.
Menus Made Just for You
Menus are customized to suit your food preferences and dietary guidelines. You are able to request your favorite dishes or make edits to your menu each week.
Meal Preparation in Your Home
Meals will be prepared and packaged in your home kitchen. Grocery shopping services are available upon request. If you prefer to do the shopping, a list of items can be provided.
Meal Prep Pricing
In-home meal prep services are priced on an hourly basis (plus tax) and include your chef’s time planning, shopping, preparing meals, packaging, and cleaning. Groceries and any additional food storage containers needed are not included in the base pricing. A travel fee may be applied based on the location of your home.
