     We handle the shopping so you don’t have to. Our chefs select fresh, high-quality ingredients for your meals, or if you prefer, we can cook with groceries you’ve already purchased. Either way, you’ll know exactly what’s going into your food.

  3. In-Home Cooking
     On your scheduled day, one of our chefs arrives at your home to prepare your meals. Everything is cooked fresh in your kitchen, packaged, and labeled for easy grab-and-go convenience.

  4. Clean Up
     When we’re done, your kitchen is spotless—just the way we found it. You’re left with a fridge full of ready-to-enjoy meals.

  • Do you prepare meals in my kitchen or deliver them?
     We specialize in in-home meal prep—everything is prepared fresh in your kitchen. This allows us to fully customize your meals and ensures the highest level of freshness and quality. We don’t deliver pre-made meals or meal kits.

    Can you work with special diets or preferences?
     Yes! Our custom meal prep is designed around your needs. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, following a specific nutrition plan, or just have picky eaters at home, we’ll create meals that work for you.

  • Do you provide containers for the meals?
    We don’t provide containers, but we’re happy to work with the ones you already have on hand or recommend options for purchase.

    How long do the meals last?
    Most meals will stay fresh for 5–7 days in the refrigerator. If you choose to freeze them, they’ll keep for up to 6 months.

    What kitchen equipment do I need to provide?
    We utilize the equipment already available in your kitchen. If there’s ever a specialty item needed for your menu, we’ll let you know in advance.

    Are meals pre-portioned or family-style?
    We portion meals based on your preference—whether that’s individually packaged servings for grab-and-go convenience or family-style containers for shared meals.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We do have a cancellation policy in place. Please reach out directly for details, and we’ll be happy to walk you through it.
